AKA provides geotechnical consultation, investigation, and construction services to a select group of clients for single-family residential projects. AKAs specialized residential project experience includes developing site-specific approaches to mitigate landslide hazards and distress.
Subdivisions
AKA provides geotechnical services during the development of subdivisions which generally involve identifying complex geologic formations such as landslides and fault traces. Mass grading with deep cuts and fills are commonly required to develop hillside lots in complex geologic areas. AKA provides the construction observation and testing services during the grading operations.
